I started as a deckhand and dive tender at sixteen, learning leadership, precision, and improvisation from ultra-capable mariners, divers, and engineers working in maritime salvage. That early exposure to hands-on complexity, real problems, and very real consequences involving tons of copper and steel shaped how I approach every project. Since then, I’ve led businesses, advised, and built projects across Asia, the Caribbean, Oceania, the EU, and the US, collaborating with governments, NGOs, startups, universities, and private industry.
